Adobe Animal Hospital COVID Policy
To all our guests:
We want you to feel safe when you come to our clinic. Here’s how we are responding to the issue of Coronavirus.
We practice CDC guidelines
Safety is our priority.
For your safety and ours, we are committed to stay home when we are not well, a policy in place from the onset of my business. We ask that you do also. If your pet is experiencing a crisis, please get assistance from a friend or family member. We will work with you (add a person to your account for authorization purposes, etc.) Just ask any friendly receptionist for help.
Limiting exposure and risk.
Because of staff size, we never have more than 10 people in the hospital at once, which means less risk of exposure for you. For your safety and ours, please limit the number of people you bring with you as well. Two people are the most people that should be in the room with you and your pet.
If you prefer, you may call us on your cell phone when you pull into the parking lot and wait in the comfort of your car. We can call you back when the room is ready, and direct you to a private room through a separate entrance.
At Adobe, we have always maintained a “hospital clean” environment.
We will continue to do so. Surfaces are routinely cleaned before and after each client and pet. We sanitize each of the rooms with a bleach-based product and use sanitizing wipes on doors, light switches, and counters. Right now, we’re being especially diligent!
We appreciate your continued business and support.
Thank you for choosing Adobe Animal Hospital for your pet’s needs.
A Note from the Doctor:
As a person in a “vulnerable category,” I feel safer here in the Animal Hospital than anywhere else! I hope you will too.
